2017–presentTwo Weeks From TomorrowIn a sparse rehearsal room, a group of amateur actors attempts to stage a new version of Anton Chekhov’s The Seagull.Their collective memory-in-the-making is summoned through a shared astral experience, woven from the waking and dreamed moments lived by the troupe in their effort to realize the production. Foregoing direct engagement with the text, the troupe attempts to arrive at an expression of the play emerging from their own ideas. As opening night looms, the shape of the finished work becomes increasingly unknown.
2025Tino’s PilgrimageA photo series documenting a stretch of Tino’s 2,080-mile, 108-day journey on foot. His rhythms were dictated by nothing but the journey. He removed himself from the digital world. He had a sleeping bag but no tent and it was hard to sleep on nights when it froze or rained. He read Carl Sagan’s Cosmos. He moved through highway shoulders, pinewoods, empty beaches, parking lots, across ditches, encountered vivid figures in his dreams, saw numberless dead animals, met strangers, and walked alone all day long.

2017–2021Beaubourg SchoolA tuition-free school for shared inquiry, interdisciplinary study, and creative action.Teachers were paid, and classes were free. Developed with David Williams through Tulane’s Mellon Program, the school brought artists, educators, and neighbors together to exchange knowledge.
2019EscapadeA performance collaboration directed and choreographed by Kelly Bond.“I want to offer and mingle my joy with the joy of that person, my pain with the pain of that person, my struggle with the struggle of that person. 2016Land’s End: A Free Will FilmAn interactive film installation made in collaboration with Ann Dunham. 2 projectors mounted near the ceiling displayed a website consisting of 55 unique “Rooms”. The website consisted of embedded streaming videos, animated gifs, and sounds heard via headphones. With over 3000 potential room combinations, each user experiences a different version of the film.
2021A Soldier’s TaleA Soldier’s Tale (L’Histoire du soldat) was created in 1918 by Igor Stravinsky and the Swiss writer C. F. Ramuz, during the upheaval of the First World War and on the threshold of the influenza pandemic. Presented by the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra at the New Orleans Jazz Museum, Grace Kennedy played the four characters (The Soldier, The Devil, The Narrator, The Princess) in a virtuosic solo performance.2004–presentVideo WorksShort films, studies, and collaborative moving-image works.
